Wedding and Special Event Policies

One of the most momentous occasions of your life is your wedding. Listed below is some helpful information regarding our services and policies to assist you with planning your event.


We offer a variety of menu options for your consideration. Our Catering Manager will meet with you to select your food and beverage arrangements. All final details & menus are due at least 3 weeks prior to your wedding.

Reception Set

Your reception room will be available 1 1/2 hours prior to the event. Our banquet staff will gladly set the following: place cards, guest favors, guest book & pen, gift card box, champagne flutes, cake topper, cake knife & server. All of the above items must be labeled with your name, wedding date, directions for placement and dropped off to your Catering Manager at least 72 hours prior to your event.


The hotel will provide centerpieces for each one of your tables. Our centerpieces may vary with the season, however; our Catering Manager would be happy to discuss options with you. Also, if you choose you may provide your own centerpieces.

Table Settings & Linens

Tables are elegantly dressed with white china and sterling silver flatware. We provide crisp white linen, tablecloths and napkins. Custom linens may also be arranged to coordinate with your wedding colors at an additional cost.

Guest Room Reservations

Weddings of 100 or more guests will receive a complimentary King Room for the Bride & Groom on the evening of the wedding. Should additional guest rooms be required for your family and friends, a special rate will be negotiated based on available rooms and the number of rooms requested.


Self parking is available for overnight guests of the hotel and guests attending your reception. Valet parking is available upon request.

Florist, Photographer, Entertainment

You are welcome to engage the services of your preferred Florist, Photographer, Entertainment, etc. for your wedding.

Service Charge and Tax

All food and beverage is subject to a 24% taxable service charge and 6% state sales tax. Service charge and sales tax are subject to change.

Deposit and Guarantee Information

Initial non-refundable deposit of $1,000.00 is due with the signed contract.

Second non-refundable deposit of 25% of balance is due 180 days (6 Months) prior to the event.

Third non-refundable deposit of 50% of balance is due 90 days (3 Months) prior to the event.

Final Payment and Final Guarantee is due 1 week prior to your event.

*Once final guarantee is given, it may only increase and will not decrease
